Soracom is a cloud-native IoT platform providing cellular and satellite connectivity, cloud integration, and AI services across 200+ countries and territories. Coverage spans 500+ carriers across 200+ countries and territories, managed through one platform and one SIM. Development teams building connected products do not negotiate or integrate carrier by carrier.
What the platform does
The platform connects devices to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and spans SIM-level connectivity to application-layer intelligence.
Soracom Beam and Soracom Funnel handle protocol translation, TLS offload, and direct delivery of device data into cloud services without heavy device-side SDKs. Soracom Query, the platform’s IoT data analytics service, converts natural-language questions into SQL against connectivity, billing, and device data. Soracom Flux, the platform’s low-code automation builder, processes sensor data and camera images using AI actions for natural-language analysis, image recognition, and object detection.
Secure networking features provide private gateways, VPC peering, VPN tunnels, and packet-level traffic controls without custom carrier contracts. Device provisioning and credentialing establish device identity and deliver cloud credentials over the air, without factory-injected secrets.
